Who processes the data

Menu, map and events

When you browse the menu, the supplier map and the event pages we process no personal data. We use no cookies or other storage on your device, fonts and images come from our own server and the server keeps no access log.

The “Add to Google Calendar” button is a plain link to Google – Google processes data only after you click, under its own policy. The .ics file is simply downloaded to your device.

Ordering from the table

What: the table (from the QR code), the items, the time, your note for our staff and an optional note for a neighbour. Why: to prepare and charge your order (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; accounting records are kept as the law requires).

Where: to our Dotykačka till (a cloud service run by Dotykačka ČR s.r.o. as our processor) and onto a printed ticket for our staff. How long: our server keeps a record of the order for 90 days without the note text and without your address; in the till the order stays on the table bill as long as accounting rules require.

Please put no names, contact details or health information in the note – tell our staff about allergies and intolerances. A note for a neighbour is printed and pinned publicly on the board at the bar.

Protection against abuse

The service remembers your device address (IP) for at most one hour, in memory only, and never writes it anywhere. It is used for order limits and for flagging suspicious orders, which our staff then verify at the table (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may object to this processing – write to us.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict your data, the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Office (dataprotection.gov.sk). Write to info@cuker.sk.
